At Front Door Construction Management, we offer two distinct ways to price your construction project.
Flat-Fee, Zero Markup
With this pricing model, we estimate the entire project and then quote you a flat management fee for us to manage the entire project. Then you purchase all materials and labor at our pre-negotiated wholesale contractor pricing and pay each invoice to our sub-contractors or suppliers direct.
Fully transparent and you see every dime paid while saving about 10% vs the traditional way.
Guaranteed Fixed Price
Need that assurance of a set price?
With this traditional pricing model, we perform an in-depth estimate of your home building project, including our floor plan or a built-from-scratch plan and give you a guaranteed fixed price on your project.
Your home, any way you want it. You can choose one of our pre-priced floor plans or we’ll work with you to design the home you want, built from scratch. Already have plans? Not a problem.
